We request customer feedback as part of our overall commitment
to customer satisfaction.
This is done by sending an SMS message or email for some
customers to 'opt in' to give their feedback and, as a thank you,
to participate in our $1000 prize draw.
This feedback program is managed independently by Feedback
ASAP and is used to assist us to improve our customer

Terms and Conditions of Bob Jane T-Marts Customer
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms
and conditions of entry.
- This promotion begins on the 1st March 2013 and finishes on the
31st October 2013.
- Entry is open to Bob Jane T-Mart customers who have been
requested feedback via their mobile phone number during the
- One entry per customer feedback requested will go into the
following $1000 cash prize draw. There are four (4) $1000 cash
prizes available, total value of the prize pool is $4000.
- Winner will each receive a $1000 VISA Gift card.
- Customers enter their feedback via SMS or 1800 057 553. The
entry cost will reflect standard SMS charges on the mobile network
used, but will not exceed 55 cents including GST.
- The draws will be conducted at 12noon on the following
1: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am
(AEST) 1st March 2013 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30th April 2013 will
be included in Prize Draw 1 on
2: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am
(AEST) 1st May 2013 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30th June 2013 will be
included in Prize Draw 2 on
3: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am

- Winners will be notified in writing (via SMS) and by phone
within 7 days of the draw (9th May 2013, 9th July 2013, 10th
September 2013 and 11th November 2013).
- The draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP, Level 12, 380 St

- Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the
draw. The promoter's decision is final.
- Winner's names will be published on our website at www.bobjane.com.au within 14 days of each prize draw
(16th May 2013, 16th July 2013, 17th September 2013 and 18th
- Any unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn 3 months after the
original draw date. New dates will be 2nd August 2013, 2nd October
2013, 3rd December 2013 and 4th February 2014. The draw will be
conducted at the address shown in clause 9 at 10am. Each winner of
an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and SMS
within 7 days of the draw (9th August 2013, 9th October 2013, 10th
December 2013 and 11th February 2014). The winner of an unclaimed
prize draw will also be published on the Bob Jane website within 14
days of the redraw date draw (16th December 2013, 16th February
2013, 17th April 2013 and 18th June 2013).
