At Bob Jane T-Marts we really value our customers' feedback.

We request customer feedback as part of our overall commitment to customer satisfaction.

This is done by sending an SMS message or email for some customers to "opt in" to give their feedback and, as a thank you, to participate in our $1000 prize draw.

This feedback program is managed independently by Feedback ASAP and is used to assist us to improve our customer service.

 

   Terms and Conditions of Bob Jane T-Marts Customer Feedback Promotion.

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. This promotion begins on the 23rd January 2012 and finishes on the 29th February 2012.
  3. This promotion will be conducted in selected Bob Jane T-Mart stores located in the state of Victoria only.
  4. Entry is open to Bob Jane T-Mart customers who have been requested feedback via their mobile phone number during the promotion dates.
  5. One entry per client feedback request will go into the A$1000 cash prize draw. Total value of the prize pool is $1000. The winner will receive an A$1000 VISA Gift card.
  6. Customers enter their feedback via SMS or 1800 790 519. The entry cost will reflect standard SMS charges on the mobile network used of the entrant. The cost of a call will not exceed 55 cents including GST”
  7. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, or any related body corporate of the Promoter including the entities set out in clause 4, as well as any agency associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
  8. The Draw will be conducted at 12pm Eastern Standard time on the 2nd of March 2012; Entries to the draw will close 11.59.59pm (AEST) the day prior to the draw date above.
  9. The draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP Level 12, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Vic, 3004, Australia.
  10. Winners will be notified via phone within 7 days of the draw.
  11. Winner's names will be published on our website at www.bobjane.com.au by the 16th March 2012.
  12. This is not a game of skill. The single prize winner will be selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd (on behalf of the Promoter) at random through an automatic selection process.
  13. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter's decision is final.

  15. If the prize is still unclaimed after three calendar months of the original prize draw, the Promoter will conduct a further draw for the prize. The date for this draw would be the 1st June 2012 at the same time of day and address as the original draw. Each winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and SMS within 7 days of the draw. The winner of an unclaimed prize draw will also be published on the Bob Jane T-Marts website within 14 days.
