Purchase any Bob Jane All-Rounder or Bob Jane Xenon Z7 tyre from Bob Jane T-Marts and you’ll be covered by our Road Hazard Warranty absolutely FREE!

There are many unseen hazards on the road that can accidentally damage a tyre – sharp edged pot-holes, curbs and other foreign objects on the road just to name a few.

If your Bob Jane All-Rounder or Bob Jane Xenon Z7 tyres are damaged by an unforeseen road hazard such as:

• Punctures
• Accidental cuts
• Accidental curb damage
• Impact breaks
• Staking
• Other injuries to the tyre caused by unforeseen road hazards

We will repair or replace as follows:

• Period of warranty – Replace the tyre free of charge if there is less than 25% tread wear on the tyre. If tread wear is over 25%, pro-rata charges will apply for the replacement tyre.
• Repair a puncture or penetration of the tyre free of charge if there is less than 25% tread wear on the tyre. If the tread wear is over 25% pro-rata charges will apply for the repairs to the tyre – providing that the puncture occurred in a legally repairable area.
• If a new tube is required, this will be charged at our normal competitive rates.
• Balance the replacement or repaired tyres free.
• If required, tubeless valves will be supplied free of charge.

In order to claim under your free Road Hazard Warranty you must –

• Return with your tyres to any Bob Jane T-Marts with your invoice/receipt.
• Comply with the list of responsibilities under this warranty set out below.

Your responsibilities

As our customer, you have a few small responsibilities under this warranty:

• The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the replacement tyres and is only for the vehicle whose details are recorded on the Bob Jane T-Marts invoice.
• The tyres should always be maintained in a good condition, and at the correct vehicle manufacturer’s recommended tyre pressures.
• Wheel balancing, alignments and tyre rotation should be carried out at recommended intervals.
• All necessary precautions will be taken to avoid driving over obstacles like curbs and rough road edges which may cause tyre damage.

We strongly recommend that you have Bob Jane T-Marts inspect your tyres any time you notice irregular or uneven tread wear.

Note – Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Your Road Hazard Warranty is a benefit to you the customer given in addition to your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Some exclusions apply:
This Bob Jane T-Marts Road Hazard Warranty excludes damage caused by lack of tyre care, maintenance and deliberate abuse. The aforementioned are not covered by this road hazard warranty and are better described as owner neglect. Tyres that become unserviceable due to fire, theft, snow chain damage, vandalism, racing, improper rotation, improper repair, improper inflation pressure, overloading, vehicle obstruction and similar types of damage or abuse are not covered by this warranty. The warranty applies to any tyre purchased from a Bob Jane T-Marts down to at least the minimum legal tread depth (or above) as required by the relevant Australian state authority.
