BUT SUBJECT ALWAYS TO  the right of Bob Jane T-Marts not to service any tyre where the tyre is no longer roadworthy and therefore unsafe and should be replaced by a new tyre in order to ensure the safety of road users.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Your Long Life Tyre Plan offers services as a benefit to you the customer which are given in addition to your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

In order to obtain your services under your Long Life Tyre Plan you must -

• Return with your tyres to any Bob Jane T-Mart with your invoice/receipt and your Long Life Tyre Plan service booklet.
