Making a Disclosure

The Bob Jane T-Marts network is proud that our reputation with customers, suppliers and all other associates is one of honesty and integrity – our business is built on trust. As such, we are committed to ensure that our environment is reflective of some of the highest standards in retail, and that your workplace is a safe and happy one.

We will always encourage you to bring any problems or concerns that you may have to our direct attention, however we realise that this is not always possible. In order to maintain our positive and productive working environment we are pleased to announce the implementation of a new Disclosure Management program which will be managed by Your-Call. This independent business is the market leader in their field, and we have worked closely with them to introduce a system that will encourage, protect and support the responsible reporting of concerns that you may have.

This secure and confidential program allows any employee, customer or associate of the Bob Jane T-Marts network to lodge an anonymous report if an honest belief of inappropriate behavior is thought to have taken place.

The disclosure of information to Your-Call will always be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

 

Your-Call can be contacted by any of the following methods:

Online: At anytime (24/7) where you have access to the internet, simply log on to the website www.your-call.com.au and click on "Make a Secure Report" on the right hand side of the screen. Follow the prompts at the bottom of the next page to enter the Company ID code of BJTM1965.

You will be asked to supply your information on an electronic form which is entirely confidential between yourself and Your-Call. Your identity and privacy will be protected. You will have the ability to upload documentation and/or other evidence that you may have to support your information.

Telephone: You can call Your-Call on 1300 798 101 between the hours of 7pm and 10pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday. Your-Call does not have number identification for either inbound or outbound telephone calls. Where anonymity is desired, Your-Call will provide you a code and security password for the purposes of the use of their Message Board and any further contact and/or feedback.
