How it Works:

Bob Jane T-Marts' Best Tyre Price Guarantee applies to any cheaper price found on an online store or in a physical store in Australia. It applies to 'like for like' prices, that is, where the other store's final price, inclusive of fitting, balancing, new tubeless valve, GST, tyre disposal and freight, is lower than our price.

Bob Jane T-Marts is committed to offering the best tyre prices. If you find an identical tyre advertised or quoted at a lower price by a competitor, we’ll match it and give you 10% of the difference - subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Timing of Price Match

  • The guarantee only applies at the time of purchase.
  • Once a transaction is completed, the guarantee no longer applies, and no retrospective claims will be considered.

2. Proof of Competitor Pricing

  • A printed or digital advertisement or a formal written quote from a competitor.
  • The proof must clearly show the price, date, and competitor's details.
  • The document must be current (issued within the last 7 days) and verifiable by Bob Jane T-Marts.

3. Eligible Competitors

  • The competitor must operate a physical retail outlet within 25km of the Bob Jane T-Marts store where you are making the purchase.
  • The competitor must have the tyre in stock and available for immediate sale.
  • Online-only retailers will be considered only if:
    • The tyre is available for immediate dispatch, and
    • The total price (including freight, handling, and fitment costs) is clearly stated and can be verified.
    • The fitted price must be lower than Bob Jane T-Marts’ price for an identical product.

4. Product Eligibility

  • Applies only to like-for-like tyres, meaning:
    • Same brand, pattern, size, load index, and speed rating.
    • Tyres must be new (not second-hand, factory seconds, or aged stock).
  • Must be stock supplied by an authorised Australian distributor or supplier.

5. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Tyres sourced from unauthorised distributors or shipped from overseas suppliers bypassing Australian channels.
  • When the Tyre Satisfaction Guarantee is applied.
  • When compared to exclusive brands, lines, or sizes only offered by specific competitors.
  • Competitor prices related to:
    • Liquidation, clearance, or aged stock sales.
    • Bundled offers such as wheel and tyre packages.
    • Promotions like cashback, gift cards, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, or rebates.
    • Stock unavailable or in limited supply.
  • When finance options are used.
  • Fleet, wholesale, government or commercial buyers – retail/private customers only.
  • Non-identical or unmatched products.
  • Competitor pricing that includes bundled services (e.g. wheel alignment).
