MSA wheels are for ATVs and side-by-sides, not road cars. There are five 14x7 listings from $181, each rated for about 453 kg.

The designs

  • Kore (M20): matte black, in 4x156.
  • Lok (M21) and Lok2 (M31): charcoal tint, or satin black with a matte grey ring.
  • Loki (MA031): satin black with a matte grey ring, in 4x156.
  • Diesel: gloss black, in 4x110.

Match the pattern to your machine

Four-stud ATV and UTV patterns differ between manufacturers. 4x137, 4x156 and 4x110 look similar but are not interchangeable.

  • 4x156: commonly used on Polaris side-by-sides.
  • 4x137: commonly used on Can-Am and some other side-by-sides.
  • 4x110: found on many Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki ATVs.

Check your owner's manual, or measure your current wheel, before you order.

Before you buy

  • Offset. It changes the track width, which affects stability and steering on a side-by-side.
  • Centre bore. Confirm it suits your hub.
  • Wheel nuts. ATV wheels often need specific nuts. Check what your machine uses.
  • Load rating. About 453 kg per wheel suits most recreational machines. Heavily loaded work machines may need more.

Tyres for a 14-inch ATV wheel

ATV and UTV tyres are sized differently from road tyres, often as something like 27x9-14. The last number is the rim diameter.

Choose a tyre made for a 14-inch rim with a 7-inch width, and match the tread to your terrain.

Looking after side-by-side wheels

  • Re-check the nuts. Check wheel nut torque after the first ride on new wheels.
  • Run the right pressure. ATV and UTV tyres run very low pressures compared with car tyres. Follow your machine's manual.
  • Clean after mud. Hose off mud and grit so it doesn't wear the finish or hide damage.
  • Check for damage. Rocks and stumps can bend a rim. Look for dents after hard rides.

If you ride on rocky ground, carry a plug kit and a small pump. Punctures tend to happen far from help.

Can I fit MSA wheels to a car or trailer?

No. They're made for ATVs and UTVs and are not rated for road use.

Do MSA wheels come with tyres?

No, the listings are wheels only. Choose ATV or UTV tyres made for a 14-inch rim with a 7-inch width, and match the tread to where you ride.
