Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Bob Jane Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 52 005 870 431) of 471 Williamstown Road, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207 ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
Must be a valid customer of Bob Jane T-Marts.
Employees of Bob Jane T-Marts, their immediate families, and friends or family of anyone professionally associated with the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion runs on a weekly basis during the campaign period, commencing 06 May 2026 and ending 31 May 2026 ("Promotional Period").
Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, customers must complete the official Bob Jane T-Marts customer survey during the Promotional Period.
Only one entry per customer is permitted.
5. Prize
Each week, one (1) winner will receive a $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card ("Prize").
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or availability of the Prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be drawn at random each week from all eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified directly by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
Winners will not be announced publicly.
7. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with communications networks or services that may affect entry or delivery of the Prize.
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using and storing their personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion and for related marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or any Prize awarded.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
