A compound made to grip
Continental's Micro Flexibility Compound is designed to interlock closely with the road surface, which supports acceleration and shorter braking distances in both hot and cold temperatures, wet or dry. Continental also lists its Black Chili technology among the tyre's key features, alongside a tread built for response.
Steering precision through the tread
Force Vectoring is Continental's name for the different inner and outer tread patterns, designed for precise steering and cornering support. A Macro Block design with stiff centre ribs and asymmetric concave grooves adds stability when the car is pushed through a series of corners or a sudden lane change.
Stability at speed and a quieter cabin
Underneath the tread, an Aralon350 hybrid cap ply is designed to stop the tyre growing at very high speeds, so it holds its shape.
