These warranties are provided solely by the respective tyre manufacturers and cover manufacturing defects only. Bob Jane T-Marts does not provide any warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any claims relating to tyre defects, performance, or failure related to products not sold by Bob Jane T-Marts
1. Coverage
The manufacturer warranties apply to the following tyre brands available at Bob Jane T-Marts:
- Bob Jane All-Rounder Plus with Silica
- Motosport X JS-777
- J-Trax Tyres
- Bridgestone Tyres
- BFGoodrich Tyres
- Pirelli Tyres
- Continental Tyres
- Yokohama
- Kumho
- Hankook
- Falken
- Firestone
- RoadX
- Radar Tyres
- Tracmax Tyres
Each manufacturer provides its own specific warranty terms, which may include coverage for material or workmanship defects for a defined period or tread depth. Bob Jane T-Marts does not influence or extend these warranties in any way.
2. Exclusions
This Australia-wide manufacturer warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by road hazards, including punctures, cuts, and impact breaks.
- Misuse, improper inflation, overloading, or vehicle misalignment.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper installation or tyre modifications.
- Damage resulting from racing, off-road use, or commercial applications outside of manufacturer recommendations.
Bob Jane T-Marts is not responsible for any costs, damages, or claims arising from the exclusions listed above.
3. Claim Process
If you suspect a manufacturing defect in your tyres, you should:
- Visit your nearest Bob Jane T-Marts store with your purchase invoice.
- Our team will assess the tyre and liaise with the manufacturer for warranty consideration.
- If the claim is approved by the manufacturer, compensation may be provided as per their warranty policy, which may include replacement or a pro-rata refund. For example, if the tyre is 50% worn, you will only pay 50% of the cost of a replacement tyre from Bob Jane T-Marts. All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s assessment and discretion.
4. Manufacturer Warranty Details
Each tyre brand has its own warranty policies. Customers are required to refer to the respective manufacturer’s website for full details regarding warranty coverage, claim procedures, and specific terms.
Bob Jane T-Marts acts only as a facilitator for warranty claims and holds no liability for any decisions made by the manufacturer. Bob Jane T-Marts does not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturers.
