Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Bob Jane T-Marts Pty Ltd ("Promoter").

2. Promotional Period

• Promotion opens: 10 August 2026
• Promotion closes: 11:59pm (AEST) on 17 August 2026
• Winners will be drawn and contacted: 18 August 2026

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Bob Jane T-Marts Pty Ltd, associated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, entrants must:

• Complete the official online entry form via the link provided in the promotional post.
• Submit all required contact details.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same person may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

There are six (6) prizes to be won.

Each winner will receive:

• Five (5) one-day entry passes to the Melbourne 4x4 Show, to be held from 21–23 August 2026.
• The winner may choose one (1) day of the event (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) on which to use all five passes.
• Approximate value: AUD $29 per pass.
• Total prize value per winner: AUD $145.

The total prize pool is approximately AUD $870.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Conditions

The prize consists of event entry tickets only.

Travel, accommodation, meals, parking, and all other expenses associated with attending the Melbourne 4x4 Show are the sole responsibility of the winners.

The Promoter is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation or changes to the event made by the event organiser.

7. Winner Selection

Six (6) winners will be selected by a random electronic draw conducted by the Promoter on 18 August 2026.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted on 18 August 2026 using the email address and/or phone number provided in their entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. Privacy & Marketing Consent

By entering this Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

• Their personal information will be collected by Bob Jane T-Marts for the purposes of administering this Promotion.
• By submitting an entry, entrants consent to being added to the Bob Jane T-Marts marketing database and may receive promotional emails, SMS messages and other marketing communications from Bob Jane T-Marts.
• Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in communications or by contacting Bob Jane T-Marts directly.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Bob Jane T-Marts Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries;
• Technical malfunctions affecting the entry process;
• Any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with accepting or using the prize or attending the event.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries;
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions;
• Amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Acceptance

Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
